THE KUMARA'S

This villa is designed for a Siri Lankan family of four, that has recently moved to Qatar. The design aims on fulfilling the family members needs and making the space their home.By implementing Siri Lankan aspects like the wooden beams ceiling, greenery into the design making the space comfortable for the family to live in. Considering Siri Lankan traits of being welcoming the design allows interaction between several spaces especially cooking, being the parents hobby. The design also emphasizes on having a comfortable space considering Sanukas hearing impairment by minimizing sound reflections. The design provides the Kumara family a safe and comfortable space to live in.
